본 과목은 특정 분야의 전문 지식으로 구성된 지식 베이스에 기초한 추론으로 복잡한 문제를 해결하는 컴퓨터 시스템인 지식 기반 시스템과 관련하여 지식 표현, 탐색 및 추론의 이론과 실제에 대해 학습한다. 

This course provides theories and practices of knowledge representation, search, and inference related to the knowledge-based system which is a computer system dedicated to solve complicated problems through inference based on the knowledge base constructed with expert knowledge in a specific area.
