음성 정보 처리 분야의 기초 이론 및 응용 분야를 고찰하고, hidden Markov models (HMM)과 deep neural networks (DNN)을 이용한 음성 인식 방법을 학습한다. 프로젝트를 통하여 기본 알고리즘을 구현하고, 논문 세미나를 통하여 최근 연구 동향을 살펴본다. 

This course discusses basic theories and applications of automatic speech recognition and speech recognition methods based on hidden markov models (HMM) and deep neural networks (DNN). Students will implement basic algorithms via projects and review related works through paper seminars.
